Why not set your watch, organiser or mobile phone to beep at you on the hour, every hour? Then, when you hear the beep, just take a moment to remember God and share a few moments with him, whatever you are doing. Perhaps give him thanks for whatever you are doing; perhaps offer up to him the person you are with; perhaps ask for his help in coping with what is to come. Whatever it might be, just take that moment to connect with God, and allow him to connect with you.
